I spearheaded numerous strategic initiatives for App Annie Intelligence, the company's flagship SaaS app, that increased NPS by 30%, reduced churn by 24%, and grew ARR from $69M to $150M. These efforts included innovative AI and ML features, streamlined user flows, simplified IA, and new branding and visual design based on an accessible design system. I also led PLG initiatives, such as updated paywalls and onboarding, which accelerated time to value for both free and paid users.
